Drop off, or the trailer

Drop off

We cook it, pack it hot, and deliver it ready to serve. The simplest option, and a good fit for office lunches and smaller gatherings.

On site

The trailer comes to you and we serve your guests straight off the line. Best for bigger events, and anywhere the smoke is part of the day.

We offer two ways to cater: drop off service or full on site service from the HaBBQ trailer. Send us your date, headcount, and the setup you’re interested in, and we’ll send over the appropriate catering menu and pricing.

Weddings and rehearsals

Barbecue done properly for the day. The trailer parks up and serves the reception, or we deliver a spread for the rehearsal dinner.

Backyard parties and graduations

The reason most people call us first. Brisket, ribs and pulled pork for a crowd in the yard, with the sides to match.

Company lunches and corporate events

Drop off is the easy answer for the office. Hot, packed, ready to serve, and cleared before the afternoon meetings.

Town and community events

Farmers markets, orchards, breweries, wineries, town days. If there is a crowd and a level patch of ground, the trailer can be there.

HaBBQ is based in Rutland and cooks across Central Massachusetts and Worcester County. Holden, Paxton, Princeton and Sterling are close to home, and we regularly work further out for the right event. Not sure whether we cover your town? Ask. The answer is usually yes.

Do you offer drop off catering?: Yes. We cook it, pack it hot, and deliver it ready to serve in disposable setups. It is the right pick for offices and smaller gatherings.
Can the trailer come to a private event?: Yes. Choose on site when you inquire. We park, set up, and serve your guests straight off the line.
What area do you cover?: Central Massachusetts and Worcester County, working out from Rutland. Further afield is often possible for the right event, so ask.
Can you work around allergies and dietary needs?: Tell us in the inquiry. We plan around allergies and restrictions when we know about them ahead of time.
