Smoked Turkey Breast

Hardwood smoked turkey breast cooked for a tender, juicy slice with clean smoke and a savory finish that keeps it unmistakably HaBBQ.

Prime brisket smoked low and slow until the fat renders into the meat and a deep, peppery bark forms around the outside.

Smoked Boneless Leg of Lamb

Boneless leg of lamb smoked low and slow until pull apart tender, then chilled whole to hold onto its juices before being reheated and shredded for the table.

Mac and Cheese

Rich, creamy mac and cheese with enough depth to stand up beside brisket, lamb, and smoked turkey without disappearing into the rest of the plate.

How payment works

  1. After you send your preorder request, we review your order and email you an invoice.
  2. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your preorder.
  3. The remaining balance is due November 16.
  4. Orders submitted on November 16 must be paid in full when invoiced.
